Information We Collect

AI Processing
MakeMyAdvert may send your prompts, uploaded assets, briefs, extracted text, campaign metadata, and generated instructions to AI model providers, video generation providers, transcription tools, or related infrastructure so that the service can analyse inputs and produce adverts. You should not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party material unless you have the right to use it for AI processing and advert generation.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Airwallex. Those providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy notices. We receive transaction status information needed to credit your account, manage subscriptions, handle disputes, and keep accounting records.
If you communicate with MakeMyAdvert through WhatsApp, Meta and WhatsApp may process your phone number, messages, media, and delivery metadata according to their applicable business platform terms. We use WhatsApp messages to link accounts where requested, receive briefs and media, send advert reviews, accept approvals or revision comments, and deliver status updates.
Cookies And Local Storage
We use cookies, tokens, and browser storage for authentication, CSRF protection, session continuity, preferences, security, and service operation. Some third-party login or payment tools may set their own cookies when you use those features.
Sharing Information
